Welcome to 3quotes.online. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee.

Scope of Services

3quotes.online provides a referral platform that connects customers with independent contractors. We do not provide contracting services ourselves, nor do we endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any contractor services.

Independent Contractor Status

All contractors referred through 3quotes.online are independent entities. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of 3quotes.online. We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or contractual obligations.

Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law and U.S. law:

  • 3quotes.online disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, misconduct, negligence, or disputes arising from contractor services.

 

Limitation of Damages

You agree that 3quotes.online shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid to 3quotes.online for referral services, if any.

No Professional Advice

Information provided on 3quotes.online does not constitute professional advice or endorsement. Customers are responsible for verifying contractor licenses, insurance, and qualifications.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3quotes.online, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or litigation arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with contractors.

User Responsibilities

  • Customers must verify contractor credentials and compliance with Tennessee licensing laws (TCA Title 62).

  • Contractors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Payment Terms

  • Contractors shall pay 10% of the net invoice amount to 3quotes.online within 15 days of the completion of the work. If the contractor does not pay this amount within 15 days, they will not receive any new referrals until their account is brought current. If payment is not made within 30 days, the contractor's account will be suspended for one month. Failure to pay within 60 days will result in an indefinite ban from the platform.

Definitions

  • Contractor: An independent service provider who receives referrals through 3quotes.online and performs work for customers.

  • Customer: An individual or entity who uses 3quotes.online to find and hire contractors for services.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the work performed or payment shall be resolved directly between the contractor and the customer. 3quotes.online is not a party to such disputes and does not mediate or resolve them.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16). Venue shall be Rutherford County, Tennessee.

Digital Platform Protections

  • 3quotes.online is not responsible for third-party content, contractor profiles, or user-generated material. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) safe harbor provisions.

No Guarantee of Availability

  • We do not guarantee contractor availability or customer demand. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid under Tennessee or U.S. law, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

Survival

  • All disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions shall survive termination of your use of 3quotes.online.
